We are looking for a smart and a dynamic, Office Manager, who will help us with all the Office and administration related tasks. Provide HR administrative support and contribute to the long‐term development and growth of the Company.
6mnths to 2yrs of experience in handling Office Administration.
Good written and verbal English Communication skills
Flexible approach to work
Can work independently
Basic Computer knowledge is a must
Has his own 2-wheeler
Is ready to work on Saturdays.

Personnel Management- Communicate the needs of Sapna to Housekeeping staff
Checking the availability of household items for the office and Guest houses
Liaising with vendors and maintaining relationship
Collecting quotes from various vendors and Price negotiation, Negotiate on terms and conditions
Take care of the rent/lease/agreement of Sapna office and guest houses
Propose and implement measures for health and safety of employees
Inventory and Infrastructure Management
Making an inventory for usable items- Stationary, Food & Beverages, IT Hardware, housekeeping related items which should include the cost
Separate inventory usable items for guest house
Maintenance of the office Computer, Laptops, furniture and Acs
Take care of internet connection
Booking for transportation and stay arrangements
Take care of Visa processing
FRO-Registering foreigners for govt procedures
Maintaining a library list for all the books
Create Email id and different tools, for new joinees.
Taking mail backup for every exit employee.
Documentation and Reporting:
Timely payment of bills/invoices
Prepare contract for every vendor
Filing/ Keeping of related papers like Sales Invoice, Purchase order, contract papers, Gurantee/Warranty papers and documentation of contracts
Decide budget for next quarter
Solve Admin related issues
