Overview
Arvixe is a global web hosting company providing services to over 150,000 domains and 60,000 customers worldwide. We are looking for a motivated web developer to work closely and under direct supervision with a lead programmer/project manager. Most work will require altering current code written in PHP, with some code written within the Code Igniter Framework. This is a full time job while part time applicants will be considered.
This is a telecommuting job. However, as some of our management do reside in/travel to the area, you may need to sit down with them every so often to go over things face to face.
The right candidate will have the ability to hand code everything - programs like Dreamweaver will not be used.

Responsibilities
Maintain productive and positive professional relationship with the lead programmer/project manager
Must have strong work ethic. This is a very fast paced working environment.
Must have strong communication skills. Must be very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. must write clear and concise e-mails
Must be responsible and reliable
Experience
Some experience within a development team is desired.
