The Salesforce Junior Developer/Analyst is responsible for general administration and custom application/process development of tools that will support the overall business processes across Amplify’s Learning and Insight divisions. Through the use of requirements gathering and research of best practices, this role will provide technical solutions using APEX, Visualforce and additional developer’s tools that will support expansion of business interests, automation, as well as integration with external systems. Additionally, this role will assist in the general administration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM database and end user access.
Candidate should be a solutions oriented, dynamic team player who is versed in the development life cycle, translation of business requirements into technical solutions, and testing methods. The Salesforce Junior Developer/Analyst may interact with internal stakeholders in all departments within Amplify Insight and Learning and reports directly to the Director of Service Operations.

Works closely with internal stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and requirements gathering
Designs and develops custom technical solutions to support individual teams activities in relation to the wider company mission and business requirements
Plan release scheduling based on divisional and departmental needs.
Participates in CRM development and maintenance, as well as integrations of additional tools and systems to CRM
Motivates users and drives strong adoption of Salesforce platform tool to support organizational needs.
1+ years’ relevant technical and functional experience in application development
1+ years’ relevant experience with Salesforce
Proven technical and functional experience in applications administration and maintenance
Proficient knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies
