Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
Will write a layer of Java code around core Java applications that makes calls into the core application to demonstrate and record its functionality. Will also work in various application layers as needed. Will be part of a 10 person scrum team comprising Developers, Testers, and Business ANalysts. This is a great opportunity for an entry level or Junior Developer that wants to be mentored by a team of Senior Development professionals. Candidates must be smart, articulate, have a passion for software development, be customer focused, and have a strong desire to learn and remain current on a wide range of development technologies.
Required Skills/Attributes:
Entry level - College Graduate
Java Required 0 to 2 years
SQL knowledge
Some front end development knowledge - (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSP etc.)
Spring preferred or willing to learn
Oracle preferred or willing to learn
Linux or UNIX preferred or willing to learn
Agile preferred or willing to learn
