WebPT has tripled in size over the last 12 months and is the fastest growing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution for private practice physical therapy clinics. Over 5,000 clinics and 29,000 members currently use WebPT to manage their patient documentation and practice management activities.
We have the easiest, most affordable solution on the market. WebPT allows physical therapists to seamlessly transition from paper based systems and legacy EMR solutions to the most modern, scalable web based technology. The system is delivered as a web-based software (like Salesforce.com) allowing customers to adopt WebPT without expensive hardware, licensing or implementation costs. WebPT is intuitive, affordable, and easy to implement with new customers getting up to speed in 1 business day.
As WebPT’s Lead Development Specialist, your mission is to engage with prospects, develop a relationship with them, and determine whether they are ready to become a lead or require a little more nurturing.
We are a young, modern company with a great work environment. Our headquarters are in a converted historic building in downtown Phoenix. Dress is casual and we reward great performance. We are well funded and poised for continued growth.
WebPT has been recognized because of its unique perks, diversity and company camaraderie. WebPT was awarded the prestigious Innovator of the Year – Start-Up Company Award from the Arizona Technology Council at the 2010 Governor's Celebration of Innovation; One of the Best Places to Work in the Valley (small size company) from the Phoenix Business Journal in 2011 and last year was the Winner in the category of Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year: Up to 100 Employees from American Business Awards. We were also just honored with the Arizona’s Most Admired Companies Award by Arizona Business Magazine.
Engage prospects via phone and email and move them (i.e., track, qualify, and nurture) through the sales funnel. Come up with ways to nurture those who don’t qualify as sales leads and re-engage others who’ve gone cold.
Communicate in a manner that establishes WebPT as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
Get to know WebPT inside and out, including the actual application, all of the add-ons, and basic Member concerns such as Medicare regulations.
Keep all contact information up-to-date in our CRM systems.
Throw business casual to the wind. We want casual-casual. Rock flip flops and jeans. We don’t care as long as you do good work and enjoy yourself.
Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like our team and our marketing strategies—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may once in awhile ask you to do a few back bends or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.
Know SalesForce. We’re not saying you need to be a Jedi when it comes to the Force—SalesForce, that is—but solid knowledge is a must.
Be familiar with Pardot or other marketing automation software. It’s essential to the job.
Talk nerdy to me—er, all of us. Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly.
Be hungry for knowledge. There’s a lot to learn when it comes to electronic medical records and the basic operations of rehab therapy clinics. We want you to become a guru on these topics.
Love sales funnels (maybe even more than funnel cakes). That’s great because we do, too!
Rock the mic like a vandal—not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication (i.e., talk well and write good stuff). Also, mind your Ps and Qs. You’ll be talking daily with potential customers through both phone and email. So, in addition to rock-solid communication skills, you should have poise, empathy, and politeness down pat.
Know how to roll up your sleeves. We have a lot of brass tacks here, and we like to get down to ’em.
Play really nice with others—and don’t take yourself too seriously. We’re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team. No power struggling, under-the-bus throwing, über-competitiveness, or general meanness allowed.
Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable—in short, own your role entirely while being open to critiques, suggestions, edits, and new ideas. (See bullet point about “tight-knit, highly collaborative team.”)
Let’s talk culture: energy, integrity, positivity, a zest for learning, and a passion for marketing. Bring all that and a bag of chips. Seriously, we love chips.
For this position, we’re looking for a candidate with a background and degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with solid customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
