Overview
Looking for a rock star Lead Architect who is bored and needs a challenge. Someone who is into the art of community building and user design, who also wants to reinvent what it means to engage with an online magazine, and is interested in being part of a social mission.
Responsibilities
The usual stuff for CTO. Work on developing something wildly amazing, scalable and beautiful - award winning shall we say - for an online community. Constantly pushing the envelope of what is possible. Managing and selecting your small team of hires to help you deliver, manifest and execute the dream.
Experience
You must have done this before with the same title. Must have online community building experience and a passion for it as an art, and user design savvy.
