Overview
iCIMS is looking for a Automation Lead Engineer who will be
responsible for the overall effectiveness of our test automation eff effort.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive automated testing approach on our web-based software applications
Build or extend existing automation testing infrastructure
Oversee the development, support, and strategic application of our automated testing systems
Implement a continuous integration approach to facilitate the running of automated builds and test scripts
Possibly lead a team of 4-6 automation engineers in a matrixed organization to support our strategic goals

Experience
Strong experience with Web Testing w/Automation tools is needed
Programming experience with Java, JavaScript and HTMl coding is needed
Strongly prefer Web Driver 2.0 (Selenium) experience for Automation scripting
Must have strong SQL experience
Skills
Familiar with Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process strongly preferred
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good technical writing and communication skills
A strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.
