We're looking for a hugely talented individual to join our team as we build the next killer web app. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting young startup that just participated in the SeedStart Summer 2010 accelerator program in Manhattan. Introspectr is an aggregate search of all your personal accounts on the web, making it quick and easy to find messages, photos, documents and links no matter where they're coming from.

Responsibilities
As lead developer you will be an integral part of our team and will influence everything on our roadmap as we scale the product
It would be great if you could commit full-time, but starting with nights & weekends while keeping your day job could also work
Experience
Hands-on experience building a Java web app (Tomcat, Servlets, JSP, SQL, etc.)
Prior startup experience would be great, but is not required
Skills
J2EE, Tomcat, JSP, Solr, MongoDB, AWS
It would be a bonus if you had additional front-end skills (HTML/CSS, jQuery, iPhone/Android)
Education
A degree in CS would be ideal but if you happen to be a coding wizard that just couldn't resist majoring in philosophy then we'd still like to talk
Compensation
