Overview
Surpass the Limit is a social platform where users discover the content and people to achieve their fitness goal. This includes recommended workouts, posts based on user interests, and support from experts, athletes, or even friends. Our goal is to help everyone find what it takes to "surpass the limit", bringing a healthful change to the world.
We are currently rebuilding the front and back end of the entire site before launching. We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Programmer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain web application and infrastructure components
Collaborate with team in the entire process, from planning to production
Evaluate and manage other developers
Experience
Excellent technical judgment; ability to plan large projects and make smart tradeoffs
Enough professional experience to recognize process inefficiencies and a natural drive to want to fix them
Skills
Excellent general programming skills in a major language
Strong knowledge of scalability, performance, and system design
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
