Overview
We are looking for a programmer that wants to join our team as the CTO. This person needs to have the emotional commitment to help take the product to the next steps. The position will be in charge of all technical duties including front-end UI improvements and back-end development.

Skills
the candidate must have experience in front and back end web development. The ideal candidate is a developer fluent in HTML and CSS, with experience in several programming languages, and with interests spanning many areas of computer science.
This individual will probably possess at least four of the following:
Fluency in HTML, HTML5 and CSS and the major Javascript frameworks
Strong visual design skills, and the ability to translate a sketch into reality
Experience designing and/or building reporting and user dashboard interfaces
Expert skills in scalable PHP, MySQL, Python, Rails, .NET or another front-end programming framework
Significant Unix/Linux systems experience, e.g. shell scripting, server administration, system monitoring
Education
Bachelors Degree or Higher
Compensation
Equity ownership with compensation upon capital raise.
