Overview
GetGo is helping shoppers locate local products, buy what they are looking for and feel good about it while helping the greater good. We are looking to begin building the back end and front end to the website and begin initial test phase.
Responsibilities
Lead in the development of our system from scratch.
Help build a staff in the future for our back-end and front end.
Work closely with CEO and COO to build site based on our mission and the needs of our users.
Providing technical consultation and expertise to CEO and COO.
Reviewing Product requirement documents and participating in product brainstorming sessions.
Experience
Experience in previous start-ups
Project Management skills
Able to create a fully functional website from scratch as lean as possible.
Retail IT experience (preferred but not necessary)
Strong Communication skills
Skills
Whatever makes the system work (PGP, Java, MySql, Etc...)
Education
University of creating lean back-end systems and a creative front end.
Compensation
Negotiable but certainly equity in the company.
