Overview
Modabound is a fashion social network that makes it fun and easy for groups of friends to exchange clothes and fashion items. By creating a community of borrowers and lenders, Modabound enables the already occurring exchange of clothes amongst groups of girls, and makes the process easier and entertaining. Modabound also allows users to buy and sell these items within their network, creating an online market place for friendly fashion.
Currently in alpha, hoping to launch in beta in 1 or 2 months. We are looking for a new team member, someone who will take the lead role in improving and further developing the site and will be invested in the project.

Responsibilities
Site development
Site maintenance
Managing other future programmers
Product development
Hiring future programmers
Experience
Very comfortable doing full-stack web development
Knowledge of one or more web application frameworks
Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL and databases
JavaScript skills - knowledge of one or more JavaScript frameworks
Knowledge of scalability, systems engineering, design patterns, and algorithms
Product sense and design sense; excellent technical judgement and architecture experience
Comfortable with QA
Skills
Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails, PHP5 is a plus
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
Has previously built web based applications and can share a portfolio.
AJAX and Dynamic Content Development Experience
Knowledge of libraries
Writes clean, organized code
Comfortable integrating APIs
Experience with developing kickass charts and graphs is a big plus
Education
Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
