HomeField, a Techstars NYC company is looking for a full stack, lead engineer to head up development of the product.(TeamHomeField.com)
HomeField is a web application which allows coaches and athletes to edit, share, and trade video quickly and easily. It's an angel funded startup, with revenue in a market that is wide open and ready to be taken over.
I'm looking for a hardworking, lazy engineer who's not afraid to find the simple solution. Someone who would rather take things away, than build more.
Salary and equity will commensurate with experience and competitive with the market

Responsibilities
This will be your baby... As you'll be the lead engineer on the product going forward.
Experience
“Years of experience” don’t explain anything, so I don’t really care about them. I care about results, so I’d like to see:
Something you’ve built and are proud of
Something you’ve built but are not so proud of, and how you need to improve it
Something that distinguishes you from the other applicants
Skills
Ruby v. 1.8.7
Rails v. 2.3.5
MySQL
Full front end skills needed.
