You're a proven leader in concepting, prototyping, and developing casual games, with a keen eye for what a polished consumer web and gaming experience should require, and a desire to experiment with new forms of game design. You understand the game production process and appreciate and enjoy all of the gritty work that you and your team has to do to turn a genius concept into a polished, compelling game. You're genuinely thrilled that LucasArts decided to re-release The Secret of Monkey Island, but you wonder what took them so long, and is Loom next?

This role is part creative team lead, part engineer, and all start-up drive. You'll be a leader to the gameplay engineers in addition to writing game code in ActionScript 3, Java, and some Python, while huddling with the rest of our tight team on iterative deadlines to build wonderful things.
A love of startups, music, games, and wonderfully constructed interactive experiences.
Shipped one or more web, PC, or console game titles as a game engineer - please list when applying. Please include URLs and/or executables when possible.
Experience with some or all of the following: ActionScript 3 and Flash development including graphics and performance optimization, Facebook game development, 3D graphics, widgets, databases (SQL, schema design, etc.), web scripting languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, etc.), web front-end tools and techniques (AJAX, Javascript, CSS, HTML), user interface design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
