Our Lead Generation Manager will be a member of our Sales team but work with Marketing too, to create, implement, monitor, measure and report on lead generation ideas and qualify leads. Execute marketing programs and tactics designed to increase awareness and create demand;
Generate, nurture, qualify and track prospect leads through strategic campaigns including content marketing, SEO/SEM, online advertising and content syndication;
Create new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns based on campaign results and effectiveness;
Manage marketing automation system (currently Marketo) and utilize Salesforce.com to track sales in pipeline;
Effectively communicate lead generation programs, plans and metrics to marketing and sales leadership;
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead generation initiatives meet sales team needs;
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly quota
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing campaign program management, lead management, and reporting
Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI using Salesforce.com and other reporting tools
Minimum of 3 years hands-on, demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
Prior experience in defining, measuring and reporting on program success metrics and Return on Investment.
Proven track record managing and negotiating with outside agencies and third-party vendors
Prior experience collaborating with sales to achieve revenue goals
Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot a plus
Ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and maintain communication with stake holders real time
Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft® Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
