Overview
Seeking a lead mobile developer to extend the next generation HighlightCam app. We're working on exciting and difficult problems that involves mobile user interfaces, cloud services, low-level video processing code, and cool machine learning algorithms.
The lead mobile developer is expected to provide leadership for engineering team working on the development of mobile applications on multiple mobile platforms. This person will be well versed technically as well as be skilled in working with and leading a diverse set of developers, both on-site and off-site.
This is a FULL-TIME ON-SITE EMPLOYEE position. The hours are flexible but everyday there will be face time. Although we strive for optimal work/life balance this is not the standard 9-5 grind. Interested in principals only. Send resume/CV for consideration.

Responsibilities
Lead the mobile application development by coordinating tasks among a diverse set of developers, both on-site and off-site, as well as with the back end engineers.
Provide design and development guidelines to team members.
Design, implement, document, localize, test, maintain next generation HighlightCam applications for mobile.
Review and evaluate competitive products.
Experience
5 years software development experience.
2 years team leadership role in software development. Supervise or lead team of 4 or more.
2 years of iOS and Android commercial app development.
Thoroughly familiar with iOS SDK , Xcode, Interface Builder, Instruments and Android SDK, Eclipse.
Have submitted apps to Apple's app store and Android Market.
Proven experience writing working code in both Objective C for iOS and Java for Android.
Agile development experience a plus.
Managing off-site or off-shore software engineers a plus.
Experience with other mobile platforms a plus.
Skills
Ability to facilitate team meetings and track projects.
Excellent grasp of Object Oriented Design and Programming and ability to apply it in everyday practice.
Thorough understanding of Apple's iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and in general, good grasp of UI design principles.
Objective C / C++ and Java programming
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Can adopt new development environments quickly and with ease.
