We're not very flexible on this. If you have an MBA, PhD, RN, MD or other highly impressive degree, but no game design experience...we're not interested.
If you have any sort of degree and can design online games...we're interested.
If you have no degree, and spent most of your time in school reading comic books, and can design online games...we want to talk to you.

Compensation
This is a sweat equity position. In return for your hard work you will earn a significant piece of the company and once the revenue stream begins to flow you will also get actual money.
