Overview
Everywun, Inc, a SF based socially conscious startup, is looking to hire a Lead PHP Developer/VP of Engineering who will join our growing founding team and help bring our technology to the world.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong all-around IT pro with the critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and technical knowledge required to engage all levels of development from conceptualization to deployment. He or she will learn and create value quickly, will be a strong team player, will do whatever it takes to hit deadlines, and – most importantly - will unleash his/her egoless genius for the benefit of the world!

Responsibilities
Develop core Web2.0 platform in PHP
Integrate with 3rd-Party websites and APIs
Effectively scale technology
Architect API development
Manage MySQL database, write efficient MySQL queries and optimize database-intensive applications
Implement standards-compliant JavaScript, HTML, and CSS using modern libraries (JQuery, Prototype, etc.)
Hire, lead and mentor organization’s development team
Experience
You have managed successful development teams
You have successfully scaled websites
You have a integral understanding of social media
