Experience
Previous lead developer experience at early stage startups
Experience architecting and developing applications from the ground up using CodeIgniter
Experience with Ajax, Node, HAProxy, monitoring and analytics tools (e.g. Nagios, Cacti, Splunk)
Healthcare background
Skills
Expert at PHP5 and JavaScript, MySQL 5.x scripting and maintenance
Expert at managing LAMP server environments including Nginx
Appreciation for good design
SEO understanding
