Xpert Financial, an organization with a new fully-electronic and registered alternative trading system for private company stocks, is looking for a great automation engineer to join our team as a Lead QA Engineer. You'll lead us in creating smart tools which test and validate our software and business operations. We're growing fast and creating an exciting opportunity to unlock the value of private company stocks (see news about us in TechCrunch, the Wall Street Journal, and CNBC).

You'll be working closely with our engineering and product teams, translating business requirements into test cases, success criteria, and validating releases. As a puzzle solver, you'll be exploring how to model our users, test for great software quality, and brainstorm ways to explore and automate our systems.

For the right candidate, this could be an opportunity to grow into a management position and hire/lead a team that grows quickly with our the rest of our company.
