Lead Qualification Specialist

We need a talented, aggressive, high energy, lead qualification specialist to help drive our growth. Leveraging top-notch prospect acquisition, lead qualification and phone skills, the lead specialist will partner with marketing and field sales teams to acquire prospects and progress them down the lead funnel via email, chat, phone qualification and direct marketing.

This position requires strong multi-tasking to manage inbound channels, aggressive outbound phone calling to generate new pipeline of opportunities, and charismatic phone skills to maintain a high level of engagement with existing customer base. The lead qualification specialist will be expected to stay thoroughly informed on all products and current industry trends to develop qualification talk tracks and effectively engage with prospects. Strong operational and project management skills are needed to effectively report on call activity, maintain data and reporting in SFDC and drive insights. Candidates must have the maturity, confidence, and willingness to roll-up their sleeves and work directly with marketing and sales to drive wildly successful results.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Become fluent in company messaging and confidently convey our value proposition while gaining the ability to overcome objections and respond to competitive questions
Meet or exceed quotas (opportunity/meeting/attendance, etc.) through phone, chat and email-based prospecting and lead qualification
Effectively advance prospects thru the lead funnel via direct to prospect outbound communications (email campaigns, demos, event invites, etc.)
Track all relevant prospecting and lead management activity - maintain, manage and improve on CRM data within SFDC
Provide value-added market intelligence to the marketing, sales, and product teams to influence both top of the funnel marketing and sales opportunity conversion success
Proactively manage lead programs to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
Have a positive “whatever-it-takes” attitude
