Overview
We believe that an expert developer is able to achieve the highest feats in multiple programming interfaces and platforms. As a result, we have familiarized ourselves with well seasoned developers in all aspects of SOA, CRM, SaaS, and modern cloud programming.
We are currently seeking to reserve an additional lead developer—on call—for multiple clients and accounts currently being prospected.
If selected for this position, you will initially integrate into White Valley by being called on to complete a major component of a select project we will provide for you. Upon completion of your initial project, you will receive a bulk payment, consideration for immediate work on a subsequent project, and a potential offer as part of our full time staff.

Responsibilities
Working with project manager & executive team to determine product roadmaps/schedules
Evaluating impact of proposed or requested changes to existing applications systems
Analyzing & refactoring existing code to improve performance or adapt new requirements
Providing knowledge transfer required to ensure successful client self-sufficiency
Creating applications from detailed specifications & programming languages requested
Coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, integrating and documenting programs
Taking lead in coordinating and educating core team members of programming phases
Leading verbal & written client guidance & high level solutions during pre-sales calls
Skills
Strong understanding of most listed languages and platforms:
.NET, Java, J2EE, C, C#, PHP, Perl, Ruby, AJAX, AWS, PL SQL, HTML, Visual Studio, Oracle
Uncanny knowledge of complete technology stack (database, app server, back & front end)
Experience with one or more cloud platform (i.e. Google, Amazon, Salesforce)
Experience with multi-tiered application architectures
Intensive understanding of DB, & interactions with web tools
Expert experience with software lifecycle (technical specs, dev & design, QA, launch, upkeep)
Immense abilities with ASP .NET, Javascript, CSS, J2EE, XML, XSD, n-tier, etc
Experience with leading geographically separated projects, providing leadership to technical team, management & client executive team
Uncanny team orientation, writer, speaker, & overall communicator
Superior problem solver, challenge undertaker, thinker & continuous learner
Education
Minimum 3 years development experience & BS in CS or Engineering
Compensation
Team members are paid based on an hourly salary that is paid in bulk after project completion.
