Lead Web Design & Development as PARTNER in FUNDED Startup!

Hygea is a health care startup is looking for a self motivated, software engineer who can do it all. The project at hand is a simple web-based wiki/dialogue/best practice sharing community. We’ve received excellent feedback from a whole cross-section of the healthcare industry. We have an uber-accomplished Advisory Board (think, CFO of a big web health startup and the father of venture capital in Israel). And…we have a nice pot of money.
To design, code, and launch a web platform combining social networking and consulting.
First and foremost, the ability to build a complete site from coding to graphics;
We have a prototype in Drupal, but are open to using other CMS systems; Need to be experienced in BOTH front-end and back-end development
Degree in CS/EE
Experience creating/working on a social network greatly preferred
Expertise in any web application framework: webwork, struts, django, ruby on rails, app engine, etc
Experience with building applications that scale (memcache, data replication, etc
At least one example of taking an idea from concept to completion, web application preferred
Strong design sense
Experience with designing sleek, easy to use Web UIs
Experience with Web 2.0
Proficient with Ajax, CSS, XML, HTML, et al.
Familiarity with test driven development and unit testing in general
Expertise in Drupal would be great as we already have a Drupal based prototype
Degree in CS/EE
Coursework in Web Site Development, Design, Engineering, etc preferable
Full Partnership in the company.
