Lead Web Designer

Overview
Mingle Media Corporation was founded in 2010 and is located in downtown Palo Alto. Our goal is to build niche, interest based social networking properties using our core web application engine to enable us to launch a new, robust site monthly. Our first property is Mingle.com and we will have 3-5 more properties live within the next 12 months. The founding team has many years of experience running highly successful companies which depended upon building highly scalable web technologies and ad serving technologies. The developers we hire now will be instrumental in getting the site launched and scaled. Currently the company is 10 and we’re hiring!

Mingle is looking for an experienced web-based designer who has a keen sense of detail in designing and implementation. This position is very user-interfaced, so relative technical expertise is important.
Responsibilities
Design and implementation of creative works
Dynamic UI design and implementation
Experience
2-4 years of web design experience
Skills
Photoshop Expert
Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, HTTP, PHP, and JavaScript a plus
Cross-browser/platform experience
Experience with other Adobe products a plus
Marketing experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
Education
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Compensation
