Overview
We believe that an expert developer is able to achieve the highest feats in multiple programming interfaces and platforms. As a result, we have familiarized ourselves with well seasoned developers in all aspects of SOA, CRM, SaaS, and modern cloud programming.
We are currently seeking to reserve an additional lead developer—on call—for multiple clients and accounts currently being prospected.
If selected for this position, you will initially integrate into White Valley by being called on to complete a major component of a select project we will provide for you. Upon completion of your initial project, you will receive a bulk payment, consideration for immediate work on a subsequent project, and a potential offer as part of our full time staff.

Responsibilities
Developing & documenting total web design, coding & overall processes using radical solutions
Creating marketing materials, logos, animations, UI, application front & back ends
Interacting with client business personnel to generate ideas, mocks, suggestions & solutions
Collaborating with entire management, technical, administrative and client executive team
Designing, building, launching & maintaining fully customized/scalable objects & applications
Building innovative data access layers to dynamic sites & web applications
Managing production environment; visual concepts, interface, brand assets & programming
Leading verbal & written client guidance & high level solutions during pre-sales calls
Relaying knowledge & expertise of development protocols to team & management
Skills
Strong understanding of most listed languages and platforms:
.NET, MySQL, HTML, PHP, CSS, JSP, ASP .NET, Javascript, Flash, Java, SQL, Oracle, J2EE, XTML, JQuery, CS3, RoR
Outstanding web design portfolio
Expert knowledge of XHTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript; strong knowledge of web standards
Expert in at least one - ASP/JSP/PHP or similar object-oriented server-side scripting language
Experience with Flash application development; ActionScript a plus
Proven ability to draft, develop, and troubleshoot applications across multiple complex environments, platforms, and browsers with varying configurations (DEV, QA, LIVE)
Superb CMS, SaaS, and overall cloud computing developmental knowledge
Experience with leading geographically separated projects, providing leadership to technical teams, management and client executive team
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Experience writing technical specifications and driving them through development
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience
Advanced capabilities with web 2.0 and related social media platforms a plus
Extreme self motivation, interpersonal aptitude, and outgoing team orientation
Education
Minimum 3 years development experience & BS in CS or Engineering
Compensation
Team members are paid based on an hourly salary that is paid in bulk after project completion.
