Early stage startup looking for lead web developer.
The is an opportunity for somebody to come and provide vision on how the user interface for next gen recruiting tools/web services should look like, not just "Boolean search using keywords".
You will have opportunity to define success for the company, its not just a job but a collective mission to bring our vision for next gen recruting tools to the world.

Responsibilities
Responsible for design and architecture for front end
Creative and visionary who can think out of the box and bring awesome user interface (not just blindly follow others)
Experience
None required as long as you have the passion and have "CAN DO" attitude
Skills
CSS, Javascript, AJAX, ROR (ruby on rails), html, xml ...
Education
Dont really care about formal degress as long as you know the stuff.
