Lead web-developer; apparel start-up

Overview
Seeking IT guru to lead technical development of a scalable and cutting edge online business venture in
the apparel/e-commerce industry. After learning about this early stage start-up, the web programmer
will discuss their preference of equity interest, income, and potential future options.

Web programmer will take the technical lead to develop high quality code for an
interactive web application. They are responsible for developing a working beta version of the business
concept. This will ultimately result in prototype to present to investors at personal meetings and demo days.
Responsibilities
Develop e-commerce cart system
Develop web applications that are fully integrated with Facebook/Twitter (walls, log-in)
Create system for user log-ins, profile management, and vanity URL creation
Create system for automated email notifications to users
Back end user ticket generation/closing for customer service (like Zendesk)
Experience
Hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
Experience with jQuery, Mootools, Prototype, or similar JavaScript framework
Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
Skills
High degree of professionalism with strong communication and inter-personal skills
Energetic and passionate about the company vision
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter with a drive to achieve results
Education
BS in computer science or background in related technical field with at least 3.0 GPA preferred
