Overview
AppFirst has an exciting career opportunity for a Leader of Solutions Delivery. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for maturing the Business Risk management capabilities of AppFirst customers.
You will plan, initiate and manage projects that leverage the current AppFirst platform and augment it with custom software development and services to help our customers mature their risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities
:This is a senior position at AppFirst and, as a leader of the Solutions Delivery team, you will be required to lead by example and have revenue responsibility.
Work with customer’s business executives and IT managers to understand their business priorities and challenges through discovery workshops.
Lead the process of identifying potential solutions to business risk management needs. These solutions will integrate the customer’s systems with the AppFirst data platform, AppFirst UI and any other custom software required to deliver a tailored solution.
Develop high level implementation roadmaps and project estimates to describe how customers can transition to proposed solutions.
Ensure successful hand-off of the solution to the customer.
Actively seek out the leading edge in managing business & system risks and be comfortable in ideation with the customers.
Actively seek out the latest from competitors and intelligently speak about the advantages and disadvantages of their solutions.
Actively network with customer executives to constantly build long term strategic relationships.
Actively communicate with the Leader of User Experience and Visual Products to advance the AppFirst platform and keep it at the leading edge of business risk management.
Experience
At least 2 years experience in delivering business monitoring solutions. Experience in advanced analytics is preferred, e.g. KPI identification & development; dashboarding; visualizations; ad-hoc reporting; push delivery; etc.
At least 5 years work experience in managing a solutions delivery team.
At least 10 years experience in major IT projects involving the whole business process.
Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.
Demonstrate successful delivery of business and IT projects on time, on budget and to scope.
Demonstrate ability to produce and communicate technical information to non-technical peers and business partners and to convey business requirements to technical staff.
Demonstrate ability to address, persuade and interact with senior and executive level positions within your organization and the client organization.
