Overview
We are expanding across the US and need Online Ad Sales Representatives in cities and communities across the country. Candidate must be able to cold call on businesses and explain technical concepts with ease. Once a contract is sold, you must maintain the account by keeping in contact with the customer and progressing with them through each renewal process.
The position is commission-based to start, but we do pay performance bonuses. Your potential income is directly tied to your commitment, and there is no limit on how much you can earn.
We are currently targeting the following areas, but will open new sites based on qualified candidate’s location:

Responsibilities
Call on possible advertisers on the Local Kidz Stuff website
Identify possible advertisers
Attend networking meetings in local area
Maintain professional relationship with advertiser
Contract initiation and renewals
Experience
Previous ad sales/ online ad sales experience

Contract negotiation (light)
Ability to talk to potential customers without over-selling (no pressure selling, please)
Be up-front and honest.

Compensation
Compensation is based solely on commission. The more ads you sell, the more money you make. Performance bonuses are awarded and commission rate increases with volume.
