Looking for CEO for a start-up 4G Wireless company

We have designed a novel and unique 4G RF Planning and evaluation tool for the first time in Market. There are new features about 4G system in our tool and there would be no competitor for a while. If you are familiar with RF Planning Tools, you should know that all the vendors and Mobile Operators are using these tools for designing the networks. Here is a list of all available RF Planning Tools:
We still did not commercialize our service. The CEO is responsible for building this business globally and convince the market to come and use our tool due to its new and different features. We also expect our CEO to have a great in convincing the Venture Capitals and raising required fund for developing the marketing and technical parts of this business. Therefore, we expect our CEO to build this business in Global Mobile and Wireless Market.
Our CEO needs to fully understand about Mobile Wireless Systems specially LTE, HSPA and WiMAX. It would be great if you are familiar with RF Planning Tools and it would be a great plus if you have already been working at the same field. Meanwhile, the strong ability of our CEO in building a global business and raising fund is a must requirement.
