Job Title: Mid level C#.Net Developer
Location: Columbus,OH

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements
Design and deliver architectures, user interfaces, middle-tier and server-side components
Work directly with business analysts and project managers and develop innovative technology solutions
Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations
Conduct data analysis of and resolve application production issues
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Computer Science
5+ years’ experience as an application developer
Advanced skills and experience with SQL Server 2008 and T-SQL skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with .NET 2/0 (2005/2008) GUI development
Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques in a highly challenging, fast paced environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; ability to logically identify process flows and design effective solutions
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships between business and technology community
Legal systems experience is desirable
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proactive attitude and keen sense of urgency to resolve business issues and problems
