Looking for a co-founder

Overview
Hoping to disrupt the music industry, I'm in need of a tecnical co-founder with the knowledge and entrepreneurship to help drive the company forward on the technical side.
Responsibilities
First and foremost, you need to be passionate. You want this business to succeed just as much as I do, and are willing to put in a lot of time and effort.
You need to have a good sense of humour, be laid-back and a fun person (I wouldn't want to be working with someone I can't have a laugh with).
Assist me in adding up technical costs for the startup
Experience in developing/overseeing website development at a senior/managerial role, or have the skills to take up such position.
Once I have chosen a co-founder, we will be looking to hire more developers, and then talking to investors to get seed funding.
Experience
Experience is key to getting this position. I want someone I can put my trust in to oversee the operations on the technical side.
Experience managing large-scale websites, or have the ability to.
Previous experience at other companies, however if you're a freelancer hoping to join, that's perfectly fine too.
A link to a portfolio or demonstration of previous work would be beneficial
