Agilone is looking for an aggressive and highly motivated Manager/Director of Marketing to join our team. This job is for you if you are an energetic, self-motivated marketer with a passion for marketing analytics and can develop product messaging and positioning to evangelize Agilone’s goal of bringing science into marketing through data management, analytics and marketing automation.

While SaaS experience is not a requirement, experience marketing and selling software to the Enterprise is. This includes a keen understanding of how to work closely with a direct sales force such that they can rely on marketing to create demand in the market and they are immensely prepared at the point of sale.
Create and deliver high-quality marketing and product collateral for targeted industry segments, including white papers, engaging website content, data sheets, site promotions, social media, blogs, trade shows, sales tool kits, use cases and buyers personas, killer demos and presentations to support Agilone’s outbound communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
Understands the pain points, needs, and challenges of data driven marketing organizations – B2B marketing chops with a B2C perspective. Can translate Agilone’s message into our customers’ language.
Arm Agilone’s sales, product and support teams on business domain expertise across multiple use cases and vertical markets and work closely to identify market opportunities
Experience in developing or supporting outbound marketing programs
Manage marketing budgets in multiple countries. Estimate subscriber lifetime value to guide marketing program spend
Have excellent financial modeling skills using Excel (pivot tables and macros) and are highly proficient with PowerPoint
Business Intelligence, CRM, or SaaS experience is a big plus
Startup DNA is a must and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
