Responsibilities
Requirement:
Strong in client communication and able to coin the requirements based on planned and adhoc conversations with the Client team.
Strong in MSBI technologies (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) Capable of architecting a MSBI solution that matches clients needs.
Capable of leading a team and getting them to work for a particular goal.
Expertise in Creating data Model (logical/Physical) for Data ware house and Data mart to manage current and future needs.
Strong expertise in creating end to end Technology architecture - the ETL (SSIS) , ROLAP (SSRS) , MOLAP (SSAS)
Strong Hands on Development experience with SSIS, SSRS and SSAS ( Strong experience in SSAS is a must)
Establish and enforce technical standards for deliverable of projects
Devise data acquisition techniques and data validation and audit rules
Define DW strategy /processes for operations, technical architecture Interface with DBA staff.
Experience with security, standards enforcement, performance tuning and capacity planning.
Experience with T-SQL and MDX queries
Experience with SQL server 2008 or higher version (knowledge or experience on capabilities of SQL server 2012 is a Big Plus)
Experience
10+ Years of total IT Experience.
2+ Years of Lead/Architect Experience.
Green Card or Citizens.
H1B consultants should be willing to transfer there visa.
Need to oversee India operations.
Experience working for off-shore and onshore team is highly desirable.
