Reporting directly into senior management, you will play a critical role that directly contributes to the accelerated growth of the company’s advertising business. The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that approved advertising campaigns are executed flawlessly and in a timely manner. This person will be responsible for receiving and processing insertion orders, managing the campaign flight through completion, and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. You will work in concert with the marketing, content, and ad sales teams to achieve this success.
Work with sales, content marketing, client managers and our clients to implement and oversee ad campaigns.
Monitor campaigns throughout their lifecycle, following up with clients and as needed.
Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance.
Create and compile regular weekly reports, analyzing state of campaign delivery – provide reporting information to sales, client managers, and clients as needed.
Recommend best practices as they pertain to sales process and advertising policies, including communication flow and rich media deployments.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
1-3 years of related work experience within digital media sales planning, advertising operations, or account management.
Proven ability to manage the successful execution of a marketing campaign, or equivalent
Solid reporting and analytical skills, with ability to effectively present campaign data to internal and external constituents.
Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively handle and manage situations at all levels of the business.
Enjoy communicating and building relationships, by phone, email, and in person
A Strong sense of prioritization and driving this both internally and externally
Very Positive and friendly personality / attitude
Always aware that the most important task is to ensure that the relationship with the client is key
