You will be working in a fast-paced, high-growth, fun environment, and you will be expected to take on a lot of responsibility from day one. Processes including scaling phones/email/chat/social media, analyzing customer interaction data, identifying problem areas, simplifying procedures, advocating for better internal tools, and promoting customer needs throughout the organization. Analytical experience required
Self-motivated, team player comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
Track record of over-achievement
Experience with scaling or managing or consulting for call centers or customer support
Consulting or finance experience useful
5+ years experience, 2+ years management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong commitment to detail
Bachelors degree from top school
