Overview
The Real Talker is developing a new type of news environment and seeks an experienced online advertising sales manager to join our efforts. The main focus of the job will be to manage and expand The Real Talker’s advertising revenue streams.
The manager will work closely with the founder on securing and nurturing sales relationships.

Responsibilities
identify online advertising opportunities
manage all communications and negotiations
assure delivery, implementations, and optimization of online campaigns
ability to think of innovative business opportunities
meet revenue goals
Experience
at least 1 year online ad sales experience
understanding of online advertising pricing structures
experience in identifying and closing new advertising opportunities
experience in developing advertising partnerships
knowledge of affiliate programs, community programs, direct ad sales, chitika, Amazon associates
BS/BA degree required
Education
BS/BA degree required
Compensation
negotiable, profit sharing
