Merchant Exchange is seeking a manager to oversee key strategy and business development initiatives that will pave the way for explosive growth. The manager will play a hands-on role in building and maintaining merchant relationships and strategic partnerships along with helping to devise and execute new strategies for acquiring members. The manager will also support product development and operations, gathering and analyzing user feedback and usage behavior as an additional input to product and business development strategy.
2-4 years experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business development
Energetic, passionate, and entrepreneurially-minded risk-takers who aren't afraid to break out of the traditional mold
Able to take on significant responsibility and manage workload with minimal guidance and oversight, always thinking one step ahead
Structured and thoughtful approach to evaluating and recommending a course of action

Strong understanding of web services and platforms is an asset
Bachelor's or Master's degree
