Manager or Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing programs, including the creation and management of web-based and print collateral, new campaigns and product launches, and to assist in demos, trade show and event programs. This position will be measured by your ability to provide steady and consistent execution and throughput across a wide range of marketing activities, and you will need to show a proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer advocacy to increase sales and market awareness of Redwood solutions.
Write and develop new marketing collateral for corporate marketing {company overview, newsletter, website} and solution marketing campaigns {data sheets, white papers, case studies, FAQs, etc.}
Organize and drive Redwood webinars, seminars, and lunch-and-learn market outreach programs
Deploy, grow, and manage lead generation and lead tracking programs
Act as marketing liaison to direct and channel sales team, and work hand-in-hand with field selling organizations to gather feedback, create new sales tools, and grow revenue.
Manage external vendor relationships: Design, web, artwork & production, printers, event and trade show management
Effective communications, in both presentation style and content, with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.
You will be a key member of Redwood’s sales and channel training team, and will be required to create new training content, and conduct marcom training for new hires, sales teams, and channel and partner training
You will need to show a strong ability and background in getting things done and that you will be a strong fit in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in high tech, with preference for any specific experience within cleantech, lighting or building management systems.
Knowledge of marketing automation systems (e.g. Market Bright).
Strong organization skills and tracking of deliverables and project schedules for your own deliverables and the deliverables required from others.
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. MBA a plus.
Additional roles developing channel or partner marketing programs also a plus
Strong writing skills
Ability to stay and keep on top of deadlines
Ability to surf well in a fast changing environment
