Overview
Seeking M & A pro to spearhead an industry consolidation of real estate technology and service firms. Structured as 'poof transactions' or non-cash mergers, must excel at both leading the strategic vision and negotiations with targets. Experience
Must have substantial experience in M & A activity with familiarity of industry consolidations (including strengths and weaknesses of past transactions). Experience with 'poof transactions' preferred. Familiarity with real estate industry helpful. Understanding of the affiliate / ad network industry ideal.

Education
MBA preferred. JD or substantial practical experience permitted.
Compensation
