Our platform makes it incredibly easy for companies and organizations to order food from local restaurants. We believe strong communities are built over sharing food, and we want to deliver that to offices everywhere. We’re a very small, fast-moving team, and we’ve already sold tens of thousands of meals. Our company is located in SF, but currently serves LA as our first market. We are fresh out of the 500 Startups accelerator and looking for our first key hires.

Who We’re Looking For
As one of our first hires, we’re looking for people comfortable looking at our business from 10,000 feet in one moment, then slogging through the trenches in the next. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, self-direction, and working with a team of high-caliber over-achievers.
For this role, you should be incredibly organized and be able to juggle multiple customer acquisition channels. You can put yourself in the customer’s shoes and succinctly convey the value proposition in a creative and engaging way. You also understand the brand and business at a high level and can produce appropriate marketing materials.
Drive user growth through various marketing channels, including email, on-site engagement, SMS notifications, SEM, and paid advertising.
Create and manage multiple funnels for customer acquisition.
Experience with email management tools like MailChimp.
1-2 years of experience in product management or marketing teams.
Great communicator, does not need to be micromanaged, willing to hustle.
Creative and open to lobbing honest feedback and criticism at everyone from founders to teammates. We will do the same for you.
