As we continue in our nationwide expansion, we are looking to hire a top tier Marketing Director to oversee creative efforts, manage brand development and drive key partnerships and expansion initiatives.

Oversee all creative initiatives
Develop strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and conversion rates both in the Alton Lane showrooms and at, for both new and repeat customers
Design and execute campaigns using a combination of targeted email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, referral programs, re-targeting, and other customer acquisition and engagement methods
Collaborate with the Managing Director of Showrooms to design and execute local marketing campaigns in our growing number of cities with Alton Lane showrooms
Develop and track success metrics of online and offline marketing
Measure and communicate performance of marketing campaigns to senior leadership
Help craft the strategic plan for marketing to our wide base of customers, including refinement of customer segmentation based on demographics, purchasing habits, behaviors, and motivations
Manage a comprehensive budget for marketing initiatives throughout the year, including expenses as well as expected return on investment across initiatives
Develop and manage a marketing and promotional calendar throughout the year
Build out marketing team to prepare for national rollout strategy
Develop and implement customer acquisition efforts in all markets
Oversee digital advertising team
Manage social media strategy and execution
Collaborate directly with the creative team to execute on marketing initiatives
Collaborate with our PR firm(s) as needed
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or consumer marketing
Expertise in execution and measurement across online marketing channels, including social, email, SEO, affiliate, mobile, and others
Ability to drive traffic and conversion to both appointment and sale, utilizing our style content and visual merchandising
Experience managing a team and keeping tight deadlines
Knowledgeable about e-commerce acquisition best practices
Experience developing and executing on plans and marketing/promotional calendars
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Additional analytical tools and capabilities (particularly web analytics) a plus
A creative powerhouse when it comes to designing campaign and a data ninja when it comes to analyzing the results
Recognizes when the data says to change course, and adaptable enough to do so. Comfortable testing, learning, and refining.

4 year bachelor degree from a top university with notable leadership accomplishments
MBA with concentration in marketing a plus
