We're like that great neighborhood marketplace that seems to have everything you want and need, all under one roof. Our roof just happens to be online. SquareSpot launched its Loyalty Program in New York City September 2011, which allows parents and new vendors to try SquareSpot while we roll out our online marketplace in March 2012.
Marketing Director for Start-Up
If you're a self-starter with at least 7 plus years experience in marketing and creating successful results driven programs, we'd love to hear from you. Also, Social media experience is a MUST.
Develop and own the vision and strategy for online growth of multiple interactive marketing channels (including display/lead gen. advertising, search, email, mobile and on site).
Work closely with the SquareSpot Executive Team to refine marketing planning and needs and also ways to enhance marketing channels.
Forecast expected traffic, conversion, and define key marketing metrics and other metrics on a monthly basis, and report on results against plan.
Develop strategies to efficiently and effectively scale marketing programs in key markets
Manage forecasts, budgets and creative resources.
Communication & Leadership:
Manage agency partners and contractor resources and ability to execute shared strategy.
Communicate effectively and proactively. Share learnings and build consensus.
Direct liaison to CEO and ability to deliver presentations to an executive audience.
Build and maintain strategic partner relationships and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams including sales, web development, business development and PR team.
Work closely with PR team to activate key influencers in the blog community and strategic partners
Recommends and implements social media and fan acquisition strategies
Lead all campaign management activities for email marketing from development to execution, and reporting.
Work with creative team to develop specific creative executions.
Create strong brand awareness and uphold consistent brand standards, implement merchant marketing programs to increase our brand awareness among local merchant communities.
