Harvest is a time tracking application relied on by tens of thousands of customers in over 150 countries. We are self-funded, profitable, and proud with our customers as the only investors. Everyday we work hard to build a great product and tell people about it.
Sample of Projects and Tasks You May Work On:
Be involved from storyboard to production on a concept for a Harvest video. Keep the focus on the human story between our customers and their clients instead of product screenshots.
Conceptualize a Referral Program from scratch, thinking of new ways to approach an age-old idea.
Have some fun with Vine and create getHarvest.com/commute.
Collaborate on the Field Guide to Pricing concept, and figure out how to promote it.
Think of new opportunities in SEM with our AdWords contractor, whether it's tinkering with remarketing campaigns or brainstorming ideas for new landing pages.
Decide where to insert our display and podcast/radio advertisements (like on the Deck or NPR) for the quarter. Negotiate with publishers on placement and price.
You have a track record experimenting with new and creative ways of attracting an audience tired of traditional marketing techniques (frankly, we are too).
You understand the funnel and how different marketing initiatives affect different parts of the funnel.
You carry related experience in a b2b setting, preferably with a SaaS company.
You are an absolutely brilliant writer. Composing stories compelling to the people behind businesses is a forte of yours.
You know visual design can be just as important as copy, and you are exceptional at offering quality feedback in both places.
You are not afraid of messy data sets, and know when it is wise to sort through them to find an answer. Google Analytics and Excel are no strangers to your world.
