REGATTA is a full service independent promotional communications agency with a specialty in co-branding, partnership marketing, events and loyalty programs. REGATTA works with such brands as Bloomingdale's, TV Guide, New York & Company, Audi, Canon PowerShot, and Road & Track Magazine. REGATTA is based in an office at Park Avenue So. and 23rd Street in the heart of the Flatiron District.
REGATTA is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time intern for the fall. There are two internships being offered and each will last twelve weeks. Consideration will be given to extend longer based on performance.
The internship is designed to expose students to how brand partnerships can be utilized to reach compatible target audiences as well as to gather hands-on experience in a fast paced marketing agency. The students will conduct research to locate compatible brands and properties and also be responsible for the fulfillment of promotional offers with client loyalty programs. The intern will also be involved in the new business process of the agency. In addition, we can offer exposure to promotional ideation, loyalty marketing and the events side of the business as well.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Partner solicitations and relations
Proposal writing, proofing and editing
Additional opportunities provided, pending progress
REGATTA offers a stipend, paid at the conclusion of the internship (amount varies depending on time worked). Ideally 20-30 hours per week.
