mosaicHUB is a tech startup that aims to change the way small businesses find/hire service providers (i.e. marketing experts, web developers, accountants, etc.) to grow. We are rapidly growing and are seeking the help of an ambitious rising senior/recent college graduate to help us with our marketing efforts.
Manage all mosaicHUB social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest)
Brainstorm with Community Manager on campaigns to engage current users
Assist with creating PR campaigns and other external marketing efforts to help grow user base
Handle customer service queries
Participate in marketing efforts for a brand new feature (just launched in late February!)
Prepare competitive analyses on our company's marketing efforts vs that of main competitors.
Previous marketing, PR, or sales experience
Experience managing social media accounts (preferably for a business, although not required)
Background in customer service
While experience is ultimately important in our consideration, a willingness to learn and get your feet wet are much more important!
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask- you won't be getting coffee or making copies here, you'll be in the trenches getting great experience!
Social media proficiency in Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest. (Knowledge of Hootsuite is preferred, but not required.)
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Rising senior or recent graduate of a BA program of an accredited college or university.
Marketing, Business, PR, or Communications majors strongly preferred.
