PublicStuff Inc. (www.publicstuff.com), is an innovative CRM software company that allows users to submit requests to government agencies, facilities and campuses to “get stuff fixed” easily and efficiently through web and mobile platforms. Over 45 cities are already using PublicStuff and our business continues to grow.
The Marketing Intern will work out of our New York City office from February through June, 2012. The Marketing Intern will work with the Marketing & Business Manager to identify messaging, generate content, identify creative communication channels, build internal processes and much more. This internship is a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their portfolio and make an impact with a fast-paced, growing software company.
Responsibilities
Interview team members regularly to identify social media marketing topics and opportunities
Draft written marketing pieces including, but not limited to, blog and twitter posts, press releases, and/or case studies
Research and identify appropriate national and media channels
Research and recommend a strategy for Facebook
Research and identify appropriate national and local organizations for possible partnerships
Create a report to track marketing effectiveness and progress against goals
