Overview
Staffing and recruitment for technology requirements
Responsibilities
Understand technical requirements from client
Search for candidates on job boards
Speak with candidates to make sure they are available
Finalize rate negotiations with candidates
Follow up with client and follow up with candidates to close deals
Market existing resources who are on bench
Experience
Good communication skills to converse with clients and candidates
Some experience in staffing would be good (but can be trained as well)
Must have flexible attitude
Skills
Some prior experience in staffing/working with people
Must have a friendly, cheerful attitude but be aggressive as the compensation will be based on results
Education
B.S preferred but not required
Compensation
100% commission based (no cap)
Will be paid per candidate placed
