Get real responsibility and real ownership by working at our startup. We’re looking for a well-rounded external marketing manager that can manage the digital media plan (mobile and some online) as well as work on offline partnerships (events, guerrilla, and social media).
You’ll be doing everything from managing the monthly media plan to developing the adserving process to reaching out to NYC bars to set up a bar event.
Who you need to be:
We have a big vision and we’re looking for an incredibly resourceful, intelligent, and hardworking individual to help us achieve it. The role is for someone who is hungry to learn what it takes to build a big business in the mobile space.
Worked at least 2-3 years in digital advertising (mobile and online); traditional media and event planning experience a big plus.
Have negotiated CPA deals and have an excellent understanding of optimizing media purchased on a CPM or CPC basis to CPA targets.
Experienced in daily campaign optimization and split testing ads and landing pages.
Experienced with buying media and trafficking campaigns across a variety of publishers and platforms.
Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
A self-starter with strong project-management and communication skills.
Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. There will be a math quiz.
