Overview
Shulogique is a startup seeking a Marketing Manger to establish and lead key aspects of marketing and sales related functions to its Internet based product and service businesses. At Shulogique (www.Shulogique.com) our mission is to establish ourselves as a high-tech fashion company that delivers unique and high quality products where fit and comfort are the key drivers at a competitive price. Using advanced digital technologies we scan the woman’s feet to capture key measurements such as width, length, ball position, toe shape, heel location, etc. This information is used to make fully custom shoe molds based on our proprietary comfort and style formula. Customers can then personalize the shoe by selecting style, heel height and color. Our first product line will consist of high-style designer dress shoes, handbags and accessories. The business has already tested the technology and is conducting a variety of market trials in preparation for a formal launch. This position is responsible for creating and managing the marketing strategies and programs for the business. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of the marketing strategies to meet business objectives, establishing brand awareness, evaluating customer research, assessing market conditions, analyzing competitor data and managing marketing plan changes as needed. Also includes the overseeing of all marketing programs, events, advertising, PR and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
Research and develop a comprehensive integrated go-to marketing plan for the company
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Design and create marketing materials both electronic and in print
Define messaging, write copy and work with website designers to drive customer awareness and online sales
Measure and mange the ongoing productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Build brand awareness through proper PR, online programs, customer referrals and event activities
Develop and implement a company launch program
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Be the liaison with media and advertising
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, including event management
monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitive information
Identify and recommend potential partner relationships
Work with cross functional teams and outside resources.
Experience
2-3 years track record of business or marketing management experience, a plus.
In-depth knowledge and understanding marketing and business development
Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus
Experienced in online marketing and social media.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
Demonstrate creative and analytical thinking
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Strong project management or organizational skills
Ability to be creative in implementing strategies on a limited budget
Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain and present program concepts to a variety of audiences.

Education
Enrolled in Under Graduate or Graduate program – business/marketing
